Moral theology of politics

Any ideas on the morality of voting for a McCain-Palin ticket and praying that McCain dies before he gets us into a war with Russia and/or China and/or Iran and/or Venezuela and/or North Korea and/or Syria?

It is always permissible to pray for someone to have a holy death. That has been my prayer for Mr. Obama for quite some time now, only I've been adding "and soon" at the end of my prayer.

As for the morality of voting for McCain/Palin - now that is a conumdrum I am struggling with myself. Although, since I neither believe women should have the vote, nor do I believe in democracy as a superior form of governance, nor do I believe mothers should work unless absolutely necessary, I have more than one problem on my hand these days. :)
