The first: a letter from Pope Benedict XVI to an international conference marking the centenary of the birth of Hans urs von Balthasar.

The second: an address by the Holy See's delegate to the U.N. on "World Program of Action for Youth to the Year 2000 and Beyond."

Both are worthy reads.
