Okay, two comments:
first of all, i'm not sure the article mentions that the presence of baby stem cells make you stupid. I need to double check the actual article (Steve K also told me about it).
second, i read in preparation during this pregnancy that the reason you have impaired memory / brain function during pregnancy is because there is less blood flow to the brain because there is increased blood flow to the placenta. of course, i have nothing scientific to back my thoughts up...
but i just wanted to share.
